Returns
If you are unsatisfied with an item purchased from CastTouring.com, we gladly accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item has not been used and the original products are packaged how they were received. Please contact us at returns@casttouring.com to receive full instructions before returning your product back to us. You can expect a full refund on product(s) purchased minus a 3% credit card fee. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was an error in the original shipment. Returns will be refunded to your credit card within 7 to 14 days from the day we receive the returned gear. In some cases, it may take an additional 2 weeks to be visible on your credit card statement.
We recommend using a carrier that can provide you with tracking information to assist with a faster return.

Warranty
We strive to make only top quality equipment to withstand the abuse of skiing. No one wants down time shipping gear back and forth for warranty. Our hardware is proven tough and durable and we want to be sure you can use the products for years to come. We cover the product for any problem that might occur due to a manufacturing defect. The standard warranty period is 2 year from the date of purchase, but we stand behind our product and will consider warranty issues past the standard 2 year term. Integration of the CAST® Freetour Upgrade Kit with a LOOK PIVOT® binding will void any warranty or manufacturer’s or seller’s liability on the part of Group Rossignol USA, Inc. or Look Fixations SAS. Any such recourse shall be directed to CAST. If a problem arises with the equipment please contact us. warranty@casttouring.com
