About CAST And SNDR
At CAST, we build the most reliable, no-compromise backcountry binding systems on the planet. SNDR is our newer snowmobile rack system arm of the business in its early stages. We don't believe in sacrificing downhill performance for uphill efficiency, and we apply that same standard of integrity to how we run our business. We are a small, focused, and growing team of passionate skiers. Everyone at CAST contributes directly to the product, the culture, and our community.
The Role:
CAST is looking for a reliable, hands-on person to help assemble ski bindings and snowmobile racks this fall. This is a temporary, part-time position starting mid-September to end of November, ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in building quality products, and wants to be part of the backcountry ski scene here in Teton Valley. The perfect mud season job before the winter season gets started.
What You Will Do:
- Assemble ski bindings and ski racks to spec
- Perform general production tasks like packaging, labeling, and quality control checks
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Help keep production on schedule during our busy pre-season stretch
What We Are Looking For:
- Comfortable working with small parts, hand tools, and basic assembly steps
- Detail-oriented and consistent, our products are top of the line for durability, safety, and performance
- Dependable and able to commit to a regular part-time schedule this fall
- No manufacturing experience required; we'll train the right person
- A stoke for the outdoors is a plus
Perks:
- Access to CAST or SNDR systems and industry partner discounts
- Flexible schedule (we can work around other job(s), school, or off days)
- Working with a tight-knit, passionate team that values real-world execution over corporate atmosphere.
