About CAST and SNDR
At CAST, we build the most reliable, no-compromise backcountry binding systems on the planet. SNDR is our newer snowmobile rack system arm of the business in its early stages. We don’t believe in sacrificing downhill performance for uphill efficiency, and we apply that same standard of integrity to how we run our business. We are a small, focused, and growing team of passionate skiers. Everyone at CAST contributes directly to the product, the culture, and our community.
The Role: Wearing Many Hats
We are looking for a hungry, self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to join us on-ground in the Teton Valley. This isn't a traditional, siloed corporate marketing desk job. In a small, innovative ski company, the person who writes the email campaign is often the same person who helps a customer troubleshoot a technical mount or shoots a transition video for Instagram.
You will sit at the intersection of Brand Strategy, Content Creation, and Customer Experience. If you are looking to get your foot in the door of the ski industry, gain unmatched hands-on experience, and have a massive, tangible impact on a premium global brand, this is the position.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Social Media Management
-
Own the day-to-day execution of our social media channels (Instagram, FB, YouTube), turning technical product benefits into clean, engaging visual narratives.
-
Capture casual, quick-turn photo and video content of transitions, shop mechanics, team riders, and product updates.
-
Maintain the brand’s editorial calendar, coordinate asset distribution with our ambassador network (The CAST Collective), and write clear, authoritative copy for emails and blog posts.
2. Customer Service & Technical Support
-
Act as the frontline voice of CAST, managing inbound technical and order inquiries from skiers, guides, patrollers, and retail shops.
-
Provide accurate, high-utility support regarding binding compatibility, installation, and troubleshooting (we will train you deeply on the technical mechanics of the Freetour and SNDR systems).
-
Turn customer feedback into actionable insights for our product and engineering teams.
3. Marketing Operations & Logistics
-
Coordinate the logistics for digital product launches, trade shows, community events, and regional demo days.
-
Assist in managing our e-commerce storefront, updating product descriptions, and tracking inventory/fulfillment communication during peak season.
The Ideal Candidate
-
Teton Valley Local: You already live in or are deeply rooted in the Driggs/Victor/Jackson area and are ready to work out of our local ecosystem.
-
Ski Industry Obsessed: You live for winter. You understand the culture, the gear, and the difference between a tech toe and an alpine binding.
-
Operational Grit: You are highly organized and can switch gears from editing a video to answering technical customer emails without breaking stride.
-
Creative Eye: You know how to operate a camera (or a high-end phone setup) and possess a clean aesthetic that aligns with a premium, performance-driven brand.
-
Self-Starter: You don’t wait for a playbook. You see a problem, figure out a technical or creative solution, and execute.
Perks & Benefits
-
Competitive salary based on experience.
-
Health and Retirement plans available.
-
Ski Pass stipend and showers on-site.
-
Access to CAST systems and industry partner discounts.
-
Flexible schedule designed to ensure you get your share of Teton powder days.
-
Working with a tight-knit, passionate team that values real-world execution over corporate atmosphere.
