Story

Alex Armstrong is a professional freeskier based in Squamish, BC, who has graced the silver screen in MSP, TGR, Blank Collective and The North Face Presents films. Alex combines her solid technical abilities from ski racing and deep backcountry knowledge from ski patrolling to ski impressive big mountain lines across the globe from BC to AK to Japan. Through her film skiing, she has been nominated for Female Skier of the Year several times.While she has many accolades, what excites her most is skiing with her friends and "for the love of the game".

Why CAST?

CAST gives me a sense of confidence in the backcountry that no other binding has. Being able to tour and still ride technical pillow and big mountain lines with a full alpine binding allows me to trust my gear, which in turn lets me trust myself and push my limits as an athlete.
